How can I pay for my delivery?

Brothers has a cash or credit card payment in advance of delivery policy. Customers can order and pay for fuel through our website, over the phone by calling us, or stop in to see us at our office on 44 Garlinger Ave Hagerstown MD 21740.

Our drivers do NOT except payments at time of delivery due to security & risk of loosing payments.


How soon can I get a delivery?

We pride ourselves on fast efficient turn over for delivery. Normally once the order has been placed and paid for you should receive your delivery within 24-72 hours. This is all dependent how busy we are at the time and the weather conditions. Also, if you are ordering by mid-day on Fridays or through the weekend the order will be processed on the following business day so it could take longer to get fuel.


What is your minimum?

Brothers does not charge a delivery fee but we do require a minimum of 100 gallon delivery to be ordered before we are able to deliver. You can get any amount over the 100 gallons delivered up to the max quantity that your tank will hold.


In the case that you order a specific number of gallons and your tank is filled before we reach the quantity that you paid for there will be a credit amount left on your account for the difference. This credit amount can stay on the account to be used towards future deliveries or we can issue a credit back to you for the remaining amount via check or credit card refund.

What happens if I pay for more fuel than my tank was able to hold?


The best place to check is our service area page HERE. We delivery to most of Washington County Maryland within roughly a 15 mile radius around the Hagerstown area. We do not deliver to any other counties in Maryland, Pennsylvania or West Virginia.
